Locally Owned Dealership Supporting Annual Race Benefitting Midland County Greater Works’ Mission to Fight Hunger

Midland, TX – Classic Honda of Midland is a proud sponsor of the 11th Annual Midland County Greater Works Turkey Trot. This is the fourth year the locally owned dealership is supporting this cause. The Turkey Trot is the Midland County Greater Works’ biggest fundraising event of the year. Midland County Greater Works is a local non-profit organization that delivers food to low-income elderly and disabled individuals and families once a month. Since 2011, Midland County Greater Works has fought to end food insecurity with feeding over 250 families every day.

“The Turkey Trot is one of the events we look forward to every year,” said Joey Gabarda, owner of Classic Honda of Midland. “We know food insecurity is such an important issue here in our community, and we’re proud to support an organization that makes sure hundreds of families don’t go hungry every day.”

The 11th Annual Turkey Trot will take place on Thursday, November 24th (Thanksgiving Day).

Classic Honda of Midland loves to give back to the community. The locally owned dealership has supported organizations and fundraisers including High Sky Children’s Ranch, West Texas Food Bank, and Bustin’ for Badges.
